Poker Face Photos is pleased to be working along side of the newest addition to poker. Although no stranger to the poker world, Janis Sexton a 17 year veteran to the game has been recently crowned as the FIRST woman to run the WSOP Circuit Event Tournaments. As the newest Diretor to the World Series of Poker Circuit Events. The WSOP as well Janis has assured the idea that women are here to play the game and can run it as well!
I am personally looking forward to working beside Janis as well as the many others that go un-named who work endless hours to organize this great game.

Players,
Get ready for Spring! Peppermills Spring Poker Tournament Kick off is about to spring in to action. See ya at the Peppermill in Reno February 23 - March 5th.

You would not believe how exciting the Bounty Black Jack Tournament at Cherokee Casino Resort was. So many big names came in from all over for the hunt. The locals were really pumped up.
A new twist to Black Jack, the bounty offers a $25 chip to the person who knocks out the dealer. You haven't played Black Jack until you experienced this.
Cherokee was the first casino in Oklahoma to host this kind of tournament, so turn out was awesome! Cherokee put up $15,000 more into the prize pool, pulling in some of the greats!
Skip Samadm, Hollywood Dave and Rock "N" Roll Darell Arnold were amoung the few players everyone got to see.
This new Texas Hold 'em style tournament really shows who's who in the Black Jack world. The greats will have to prove themselves against unknowns who can buy into this open tournament event.
Eric Woods, the Executive Casino Host said, "...this gives the players a competitive edge."
Skip Samad placed first in the Conventional Black Jack Tournament so we will get to see if he can come in and take it all or if a local comes in as a wildcard!
Wow, what a time this fun and crazy group is. Once again Cherokee stepped up to the table and as usual is first rate as the hot spot in Oklahoma to play cards.
Cherokee Casino always looks forward to seeing you play the tables, so come in, party like a rock star and kick a little Black Jack!

Hey players! You really missed out if you weren't at the Cherokee Casino during the Oklahoma State Championship of Poker. It was awesome to see all the Pro's come out to represent Cherokee!
Sometimes the crowd would get really quiet and then all of a sudden someone would yell. The shouts were of pain most of the time. Other times it was shouts of celebration.
I hope you weren't one of those who went ot licking your wounds. Good luck to all of you next time and we can't wait to see you again!

I've got to say Carol is such a delight to see after a long days flight. Always parked right outside on time, a smile on her face and a cool white strech waiting for me. Got to love them gals! If you've had the pleasure of meeting them you know what I mean.
